Every eight weeks Don Shasteen begins a new Four-Week Getting To Know Shelby Class I. This class answers questions about the history of the Independent Christian Church, why we take communion weekly, why do we believe that baptism is essential for salvation, and why do we baptize by immersion?

Immediately following this class is the second part of the Getting To Know Shelby Class, entitled Four-Week Getting To Know Shelby Class II. Here you will learn about the leadership make-up of Shelby, the Ministry Systems, and various aspects of growing in your walk with the Lord.

While it is recommended that you take both classes you may choose to take one or both.
