Mission Statement: The Lil’ Lambs For Jesus Preschool is a ministry of the Shelby Christian Church. Our purpose is to meet the developmental needs of your child as an extension of your home. Our mission is to develop the whole child-spiritually, mentally, emotionally, physically, and socially-for the glory of God, by providing meaningful Biblical experiences, total session teaching, involvement learning, and individualized developmentally appropriate activities for every child.

Educational Philosophy and Goals:

As a staff, we at Lil’ Lambs For Jesus Preschool realize the tremendous responsibility placed upon us as we are entrusted with the care of children. We are excited with the opportunity we have to train and nurture young children. We do believe that the primary responsibility to teach and nurture a child rests with you, the parents. Our prayer is that we might work together in providing experiences that will help your child to mature spiritually, emotionally, mentally, physically, and socially. It is our intent to provide a Christian atmosphere that is loving, secure, and safe. Teachers will seek to recognize the special character of each child, their size, their learning mode, their many strengths, and their special limitations. Our goal will be to lead each child to a sense of independence, initiative, competence, and a maturity in the Lord.

Admission  Requirements:

All children must be 3 years old  before  September 1, 2024, and they must be fully potty trained. All required forms must be returned to the Shelby Christian Church office by August 1st.

Tuition Rates:

Registration Fee: $25 (non-refundable)  Must BE Paid at the time Registration form is filled out.

3 year old & 4 year old class: $80/month
